Design & build project. New heating and cooling systems, Energy efficient Heat Recovery system for fresh air and extraction. Also separate fresh air and kitchen extract system plus w/c extract. All plumbing works throughout including staff toilets and disabled plus above and underground drainage. We also provided hot water services and water meter.
