Dave Canning
Director
Dave has over 35 years’ experience in the M&E industry, having started out as an apprentice plumbing & heating engineer. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the industry with a wide variety of clients. Having worked at all levels within the M&E industry, Dave has a great expertise and understanding of all aspects of operations management and design, from on-site to the delivery and management of projects of all sizes.
Steve Spear
Director
Steve has been employed in the M&E Industry for over 22 years since leaving the military. Employed originally as a refrigeration and air conditioning engineer Steve soon worked his way through various supervisory roles and into management. He has a range of experience in project management and design having worked for some of the countries largest retailers and organisations.
Adrian Cogzell
Director
Adrian has over 25 years’ experience in the mechanical & electrical industry, which began with a 5-year electrical contracting apprenticeship. He swiftly moved into the maintenance sector where he completed both his small refrigeration & air conditioning plus his gas safety courses to become multi-disciplined. These skills along with his experience has been greatly appreciated at all stages in design & build projects. Adrian primarily manages and delivers the smaller works and projects within RDH, liaising closely with clients and customers.
