Project Description:
Carry out the design and installation of Mechanical services at the Priority Lounge Bar O2 London. The bar had a complete refurbishment which included a new Mezzanine floor. We installed 8 new large ducted air conditioning units at high level which were ducted around to complement the new seating arrangement. We also ran new hot and cold-water services for 2 off new bars, a new coffee bar and the preparation area. Existing ventilation was stripped out and redirected to suit the new layout, providing the necessary air changes to all locations.

– Provide full mechanical design for new layout.
– Decommissioning of existing services.
– Installation of heating/cooling system.
– Modification and installation of ventilation systems.
– Full plumbing package to new bars and prep areas.
– Installation and distribution of new hot water services.
– Above ground waste.
– Connection to site BMS and full commissioning.
